I discovered Bathroom Collective online and decided to visit their showroom. The customer service was terrific and the showroom was impressive. They had everything I needed and the advice I received from Joey was invaluable. They stock only quality products and my new bathroom looks wonderful.I would be happy to recommend them.

Discovered Bathroom Collective after going to all the usual reno haunts; they had such a great selection that really got the imagination going. Joey has been a dream to work with throughout the loooong reno journey - fantastic product knowledge, fabulous design tips and awesome insider experience to the reno process. The subtle customisation of the bathroom tap ware as brainstormed with Joey turned out exactly how I imagined & he assured, plus the tweaks to the vanities were a perfect pairing. 3 bathrooms, laundry & kitchen Joey really looked after us to help us achieve what we envisioned - can't thank him enough. Joey's communication of our specifications to their suppliers was so professional & thorough, we had complete trust that what was discussed would become reality. Then there's the generosity of Bart & the dispatch team for so kindly keeping our items in storage for more than a year we are so grateful. Their generosity didn't fade even when dealing with the big floods. Bathroom Collective has been a little pocket of sanity in the chaos of our reno.

We used Bathroom Collective for a comprehensive renovation which completed in January 2019. Joey was excellent to deal with - knowledge, flexibility, customer service all first class. We completed three large bathrooms involving showers, baths, vanities, toilets, hardware and screens. The very few items which were faulty were immediately replaced, no questions asked and no need to go back to the manufacturers. The finished look is exactly what we had envisioned.

STAY AWAY! Good to take your money, however when it comes to a refund Jason gives the run around, bull$hits about reasons why it's taking so long. LIES, LIES and more LIES. Ordered a tap that they claim was no longer available, however ordered from another company and received it in 1 week.Delivered water damaged stock and lying about that we were informed of this, receiving missing pieces and Joey claiming he personally cleaned up all the items in the damaged boxes himself, only to receive a call from someone at the warehouse saying they cleaned the items in the boxes. So, you can't get an honest answer out of anyone working there. Like one reviewer mentioned Jason and Joey use pathetic excuses, bad customer experience and service DONT BELIEVE A WORD THEY TELL YOU! Go anywhere but there.

These guys deserve fantastic 5 star reviews. If only everyone provided customer service as they do, as well as great product and a fabulous showroom. Dealt with Joey on my own renovation project, was incredibly patient and knowledgeable on product. Have recently dealt with Jason on a commercial job who has gone over and above with support. Great job guys, you deserve to do well!

We only went to Bathrooms Collective to checkout Loughlin cabinetry although we left with so much information and recommendations of Australian companies and products. Joey was realistic with full options in our budget which was so helpful. They even gave us better prices than our local Reece. Joey was sooooooooooo helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up buying almost all our new pieces from Bathroom Collectives. Joey communicated with our bathroom reno co Novale Bathrooms so the whole process was easier than expected. Fast forward 12 months and the best thing is we have had an issue with our toilet lid and Joey had the supplier contact me in 24hours of me emailing Bathroom Collective. New hinge is in the post.
