What can I say about Em? She is an AMAZING Personal Trainer who puts so much thought and energy into her workouts with you! I loved every minute of our time together, and I especially loved gaining confidence in weight lifting and bench. She is so inspiring, and is such a great teacher. Would recommend Em to anyone, especially those looking to start lifting!

Em Harvey Performance
I have been training with Em Harvey for almost a year now and have loved every single session with her. Em is patient, polite, encouraging and will listen and answer any question or questions you may have ( including stupid ones as I have constantly done ! ). Her knowledge on everything fitness related is second to none. Em has taught me to have confidence in myself whilst pushing me to be the best I can be ( without being overly pushy ) and teaching me to know my limits. If anyone is looking for an unbelievable PT instructor, then look no further - Em is your girl. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
