Patcharee was very helpful of understanding my needs in skincare. She has taken her time to understand my skin condition as I’m have sensitive itchy skin.I have been shopping at Innisfres Highpoint since 2021. I’ve started shopping skincare for myself. From here I got my friends and family to meet Patcharee. We all have mostly use the company skincare.I regularly come and get skincare for myself and gifts for my family and friends. Received the 10% discount offer over the weekend after I came in clueless looking for some information on a retinol product and was well informed by Tate a young lady who was very kind and informative.Great patient staff who don’t make you feel as though you’re uneducated about your own skin and great products so far will come back.

Coming here to shop for for Christmas present. Great variety of product and was easy to navigate.I was overwhelmed with what to buy and was quite confused. Kelly one of the friendly staff helped me choosing the most suitable one. She is excellent, friendly helpful, and professional.Thanks for your help and will recommend this store!

Today on Sunday 28/5/2023 around 3:00pm to 5:00pm I had a bad experience about this place even I love this brand very much. Two customer service lady looked like she didn't want to serve me at all. They’re just ingrown me and try to serve another OZ woman greetings to another the woman except ME LOOK LIKE she doesn't like Asians entering the shop. Work with your employees to make them better and not RACIST like that.

I went there today to buy some skincare and make up for my sister and myself. I have been at this store a few times and have found the ladies very accommodating and lovely. Today, i was helped out by Lucy and can’t praise her enough for her patience in answering my questions and recommending the appropriate products for my needs. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit today and felt very confident with my purchases. Thank you, Lucy!

Beautiful store, with amazing customer service. The girls there are well-trained in skin knowledge, product knowledge, and are more than capable of answering questions you may have. There is so much stock to choose from, with different ranges for different skin concerns, and all beautifully packaged.If you're looking on jumping onto the trend of Korean Beauty routines and basics, this is the place to be going!!!

Rude staff, me and my friends went in there and were testing products and the workers suspected us of stealing and checked all our bags even though another worker clearly saw we put things back, when we left we saw the workers inspecting the products we tested thinking we contaminated them.

I would give them a 0 if I could. Today I had went into the Highpoint store to purchase some products and provided my details for membership points. 20 minutes after leaving the store, I had received a call saying I had to go back to the store as they had camera footage of me stealing some duo lip gloss. Firstly, why would I give them my details for points and then steal?? Secondly, the store literally had no products out, nothing was in stock. As I went back into the store to let them know, all they were able to say was “sorry we called the wrong number”. I definitely won’t be coming back here

Can’t speak more highly of the Highpoint store. Every time we go in there we are always greeted with such happy staff they genuinely want to help! The products are so great and pricing is so affordable. Wanted to also mention Quynh, wish more places had staff like her! She was so helpful, patient and kind. Thank you !!
