I was looking for a reliable mechanic and a friend recommended me Jim's automotive, but I'm disappointed.When I booked an appointment to service my car and I asked how much aproximately would it be, they gave me a price through the phone. But when the time to pay arrived, it was nearly 200 aud more than the price they told me before.Also, the car was there 8 hrs and they did not change the air or cabin filters neither the fuel filter. And repco is around the corner.So now cabin filters, air filter, fuel filter are due. I do not understand why they wouldn't do the job properly for that amount of money. I don't mind to pay for a good job, but this one was not worthy at all. So far the most expensive oil change.I won't go back.

Panicked and alarmed by a weird noise after a very long drive, i came here desperate for help! Even though they were fully booked and very busy, one of the lovely gentlemen took a moment to help and look at my vehicle. Might seem like a small gesture but it meant a lot to me. Thank you so much!

Great team that knows cars and vans inside and out. As honest and reliable as they come! Used them for a variety of vehicles and they have always been spot on. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good mechanic!

I had my van booked in for a service Wednesday. Coincidentally it broke down on the weekend before and Ryan squeezed it in Monday instead.Honest, thorough mechanics which don’t hurt your hip pocket. AAA+

These guys are unreal. They really know what they are doing and have an amazing service. Our clutch broke down whilst on a roadtrip from NSW. By the next day they got us back on the road again (considering the part needed to be ordered). Keep it up lads!

Another one of the stranded visitors that Jim assisted greatly. Had a split in the hose between the filler and tank, Jim and his team were able to diagnose and fix it and have me back on the road so quickly. Could not have been given better service. Excellent, would thoroughly recommend.

These guys are legends. Every time I go in to get something fixed I'm astounded at how little I'm getting charged compared to other mechanics. Plus, they're friendly, honest, and willing to work within your budget. They got my van running like new and I felt like I should've paid more for everything they did. Really grateful. Thanks guys.
