Simon was the leasing agent for my mums property in WarriewoodUnfortunately, over the 4 years which he managed the property it was run into the ground as the agent didn’t do his due diligence and let the tenants run wild (will attach photos)This only came to our attention when we decided to sell the property - and when we decided to go with a different agent, Simon refused to send over inspection reports, help arrange inspections or do anything to assist as any normal manager shouldHe simply dropped the management before the sale concluded- leaving us without the bond or recourse for the tenant leaving furniture and rubbish behind in the propertyGuys like Simon give estate agents reputations of used cars dealers, stick clear

Simon was a fantastic sales agent! He listed a property at a “for sale” price, and that’s the price they sold for. Same day, no ring-around, no drama.Simon was very well-informed, helpful, and honest in his dealing with us. Simon guided us through what was needed and worked late on a Saturday night so we could close the deal which was very much appreciated.Overall we were very impressed by Simon and are stoked to have finally secured a home.

Very unprofessional and wouldn't return phone calls. We will be using someone who hasn't become lazy with a seller's market.Standard response below , funny that we actually couldn't even lodge an offer due to poor communication, they must have many other people with bad experiences.
