We purchased a sofa in the boxing day sales from here and the customer service (I believe from Derek) was exceptional. He ran through the options with us, and gave us plenty of time to think and make sure our purchase was right for us. Now to wait patiently for the sofa to arrive!

Hi Guys,I received a damaged dinning table and it was so tiny damaged that was not visible unless you see carefully. I spent $2000 and now Nick Scali don’t want to do anything as I failed to inform in certain time period. Scali’s inspector came to inspect and he also thought that it is genuine damaged and must be replaced or repaired but Nick Scali said No to fix this damaged.Please guys, if you are buying anything from Nick Scali, expect from them that they will not fix any kind of damaged even if your products are under warranty.Ajay

The art of B.S. We were told (March) that the lounge suite we ordered would be delivered within 10-12 weeks. I have just called customer service. The item is being made in China (?) and is expected at the port on June 20th and would take another 2 - 3 weeks custom processing. Here am I thinking the furniture is manufactured here- who's the idiot? Was informed furniture was made here- blatant lie. Are they blaming COVID for a 15-17 week turnaround. SO frustrating.The response to my review by Nick Scali contained under here was exactly the same as the response to and information they received from me on Product Review. It’s a very simple smokescreen because there is now an 18 week turnaround. Don’t believe it when they say that they are investigating. It’s complete nonsense

Don’t waste your time.The worst furniture I’ve ever purchased.Couch is sagging after two weeks, no communication & the technician that came was incredibly rude & obnoxious.You’re better off buying a couch of Facebook marketplace than off Nick Scali.

The current store manager cheats the consumer and she will not disclose the details/terms conditions before making the booking. Once booking is done then she will respond to you in a way that it is the customer’s fault.

If you are thinking of buying furniture from Nick Scali, think again !!! I ordered a $6900 lounge sweet back in August, it got delivered 2 days ago, the advised 12-14 weeks turned into almost 6 months, why you may ask ? Firstly chose your fabric and they say it's a custom" order

To summariseThey sell with false expectations that they then take no responsibility. Retail front blame head office and they agree that the way its run is in shambles but also fail to understand that as a customer it doesn't matter to me, as far as I am concerned the retail team are still 'Nick Scali'. Then credits promised for the inconveniences and they go back on their word because of miscommunication 'internally' then they THREATEN their drivers and the drivers are forced to deal with the customer and keep calling/messaging them for a resolution otherwise they don't get shifts or work. (This should go to Fairwork Australia)I am understanding of logistical and supply chain issues but I am not ok with false promises to make a sale and then taking no accountability.BUYER BE AWARE and Think twice before buying from Nick Scali

The products look good that you can easily customise but the service is very slow because they use paper forms, nothings digital and delivery can take a while. For the cost of each piece NS should have their own delivery and service team that should assemble their own furniture. They ask their delivery partners to drop off, assemble and ask the customer to dispose of the packaging, which is huge, I would expect premium service if I’ve paid $4K on a couch. The 4 photos (left to right) from brand new, a year old and photos lI took of the floor model at NS Highpoint - Ive had the colour changed, the layout changed with a head recliner added. It’s takes a long time to buy something with their paper forms, go digital.

I would not recommend buying anything from Nick Scali. Once they have your money they don't care about anything when you have a problem with your purchase.They sent a technician out to me who recorded all the problems and took photos (this was after I was asked to take photos and send them in before they could send someone out) Technician told me I would get a phone call in 2 days to tell me what would happen with the faults. Never did instead another text saying they wanted to send out another technician. Got another text saying time, I called to say I would be at work so they rescheduled me to another time so I left work early to get home ( I don’t get paid if I’m not at work) they called me half an hour before arrival to say Technician now couldn’t come so they had to reschedule again (of course loss of pay to me) I told them times someone would have to come because of work. They told me a date and said they had noted it had to be after 3. I get a Text message 2 days before saying they are coming between 8am and 10am. I called again, they said it would have to be rescheduled again! I was not happy and wanted to speak to a Manager. I was told they were in a meeting and would leave a message.How appropiate!!!No one at the Stores Can help you.. they only sell and take your money. No customer service or care!No idea what is happening now!! Don’t ever buy one for your own Sanity!!

Wow talk about being rude and condescending. I was at the Maribyrnong location today 10 May at 1pm when the only person working at that time approached me. I explained my concern about longer pieces making it around a tight corner into my apt.... the guy asked me if I lived in a basement with a sarcastic tone!!!! Needless to say I made my way out promptly, went next door to Plush and spent my money there with a lovely lady named Joanne. People don't spend your hard earned dollars with such a disrespectful brand.
