They were excellent.Had them check my daughter's car a once over and give it a service.The customer service made it very easy. I was contacted by them on things that needed doing and the price was good and work performed on the car was very professional.

The RACQ Towing Townsville were extremely helpful last Sunday assisting with the towing of my vehicle from Rollingstone to Townsville. The operator I spoke to clarified my entitlements under the Ultra Program and also endeavoured to contact a Tow Truck operator asap. The Tow Operator was diligent and attended my car in a very timely. I could not RACQ's assistance last Sunday morning. Thanks

Very professional but made me feel like one of the family wish made me very relaxed which is how I wish everything was. It seem like in most places today a job is just a job for people, don't think understand if business doing well have a job maybe pay rise, an making people feel comfortable then there more likely to use service or establishment again.
