I was assisted by a team member who had my interest and needs first in mind. I came away very happy with the service and felt I had the right product for me and my age 55. Thanks to Evie.

Ethical sustainable and animal cruelty free products, can’t go wrong. The tea tree oil range is the best.Staff here are helpful but not not pushy like other stores.

Hi there. I just had a terrible experience in your marrion store. I bought 2 items. 1 was clearly marked 5 dollars but when i went to pay i was being charged 7 dollars. When i questioned it and looked closely the 5 dollar sign said soap" whereas the next sign which was under the next item was 7 dollars and marked "British rose soap". The manager then got involved and was trying to explain to me that it must have been a simple mistake and someone must have accidentally moved it which is very unlikely. However it was what happened next that really made me feel terrible. I said that it should be sold as marked at 5 dollars as it was clearly labelled. (There wasn't any other soap near it either). And she said to me if 2 dollars means that much to you then i can do it at 5 dollars. She made me feel like i am a cheapskate. That is terrible service and i am very appauled by this. I will not buy from this store again. I was tempted to say that if the staff spent more time taking care of the shop instead of looking through manifests they wouldn't have had this problem.I also went during boxing day sales when it was quiet. It wad very difficult to see what items where on sale and no staff helped unless I approached them."

Went into the store yesterday after a body scrub. The lady who was working that day was very dismissive and not helpful at all. I asked her if there was a scrub with no nut oils or anything. She told me she wasn't sure and only pointed to a product she thought was nut free. Lucky I checked the ingredients because it did have nut oil in it, I was close to testing the product too. I told her that it did in fact have nut oils in it and she told me that all of their products do. She wasted my time and not only that, had no product knowledge. Very disappointing.

Today we went to the Marion Body shop, to buy first make up for my teenage daughter. Emma helped us, she is friendly, kind and really great at her job. great first experience for my teen. thank you
