Ordering from the USA is risky and I took a chance with Divine Flowers after reading their positive reviews. I’m so glad I did! I have ordered orchids from them three times now and the plants have been gorgeous and healthy - the one is flowering again two years later. Thank you for the great service ❤️

Have been using Divine Flowers for years now and they always do an amazing job. They have helped me out with last-minute orders over the phone, but now it is very streamlined with their online ordering system. I think if you want something specific give them a call but what they make for the online orders are amazing.I can't comment on delivery as I always pickup.Great friendly service and very high quality, long lasting flowers that are worth the price you pay, especially if you or whoever you are buying for have a thing for Australian native flowers.Couldn't recommend more :)

Received flowers for my wife which were quite expensive. The flowers had alraedy started to wilt when they were delivered. It was a hot day but they obviosly were left in a car all day.The flowers died and never even opened overall very dissapointed with the product.

I purchased an $85 Posy Jar from Divine Flowers. Although the flowers were beautiful, they were overpriced given the small amount of flowers included. Within 24 hours of purchasing and gifting them to someone, the flowers had started to die despite being kept in a cool and air-conditioned environment. Within 5 days, all the flowers had died. It is more than reasonable to expect that when you spend $85 on flowers, they will last longer than 5 days. I contacted Divine Flowers and explained what had happened and I was given an apology. I had to make a request that the flowers be replaced or if that wasn’t possible, to be refunded. This request was met reluctantly and I was offered a $50 store credit. I then had to pay an additional $20 delivery fee to have replacement flowers sent out. Divine Flowers sent out the $50 replacement flowers, and again, although they were beautiful, I was questioning where the rest of the flowers were. I won’t be returning to Divine Flowers.

I bought the pastel flowers for my 4 year Anniversary and my girl opened the door and cried, happy tears, immediately! Whole house smelled of fresh flowers for a week straight atleast. Katie did an incredible job on the arrangement!

Absolutely appalled at the service. My husband, whilst serving in the RAAF - purchased their most expensive bouquet for our anniversary. Flowers arrived and were already dying as the stems were too short to reach the water. I tried to take the bouquet out to top the water up, but they wouldn't come out the vase, even with 2 people trying. The case was simply too small for the size of the bouquet and unless I took them out 1-1 I couldn't get them out. Now I can't change the water over.When I spoke to the manager I explained and she hung up on me. I tried calling back twice and she refused to answer telling me not to speak to her. I told her about my husband being a serviceman and she said she didn't care.Horrible horrible service.

Divine flowers continues to produce stunning floral arrangements with quality flowers. We have used Divine flowers for many years and more recently are our go to florists for corporate thank you gifts.

Many thanks to Beth and staff for their excellent services and delivery by late afternoon on Valentine's Day, despite a very wet day. Tons of traffic and highly challenging road conditions that could easily resulted in a bad delivery.Kudos to the high quality wrapping skills, fresh and very beautiful flowers, and the extra miles in ensuring a very good customer's experience at end day. even the lady who delivered it said happy mothers day everybody who were involved were really lovely. i had a problem while ordering online i called the shop and the lady was really helpful and lovely. It was my first time to order tulips because not everybody makes nice tulips bouquet but these were really nice looking and elegant. Thank you a lot hope you do great with your business.
