Bec is truly gifted at what she does. I started my sessions with Bec during a difficult time in my life where grief, anxiety and depression following traumatic life experiences were greatly affecting my day to day life. In my work with Bec thus far I’ve started to process some of those feelings, explored formative relationships in my life and how they affect me in the present as well as begun to disrupt long standing thought and behavioral patterns that don’t serve my best interest. After two months of regular sessions Im feeling more hopeful then I have in some time.

Bec Hamilton is a fantastic therapist that has helped me so much over the last year. She is incredibly intuitive and able to make on the go decisions about what I am needing from each session, no matter how deep. She has offered me a therapeutic experience that safely guided me into the parts of my self that I was scared of whilst also helping me to go outside of my comfort zone. Bec has a wide variety of therapeutic practices in her tool belt and always seems to know what will work best in each session. I highly recommend seeing this queen if you are needing someone who is more grounded and less clinical in their practice.

I’ve had an amazing experience with Bec during some of the hardest times and couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide me through those chapters. Bec is the real deal, she is knowledge, charisma and empathy. One session was enough to get hooked, after our first appointment I knew she was everything I couldn't find in other therapists that I had visited.Now it is like I can't wait to see her and talk to her about my things.
