Coles Yamba

Ok, pretty good store, got we wanted. Easy shopping area.

I have a súper bad experience with Coles Yamba with a promotion and the customer client, with the woman with Flybuds Lisa I think is her name. I bought maltesers with an offer 2 × 2 dolars and it cost me 13 dolars. When I realized I come back home. I went again at Coles Yamba and this lady" when I was telling the prize was wrong she was so disrespectfully with me and tell me that she didnt want to have and argument with me. When I only want get the money back. She continued threated me so bad that I felt really guilty with something that It wasn't my fault!! The product wasnt in the correc place. I had to come back again to the supermarket the third time when I realized that this rude girl didn't refund me all the money!!!!And when I came back for the third time the Flybuds girl Lisa and the other blondi women throte me so disrispectul again. It was incredible and hummillant for me. Because I only want the product with the initial prize 2 dolars or my money back in the same way I payed! And in the third time she finally gave me. Acting super arrogant and disrispectful. Nobody deserves this instead of one Im sorry I understand its was our fault

Always busy, but the store could do with a good clean up.

Fairly big Coles in here with a wide choice of items like a full blown Coles we get. Love the place as there is ample parking along with a Shell fuel pump nearby

A Coles is a Coles is a Coles. Conveniently open late on weeknights and weekends. Well stocked, friendly staff making for a quick duck in and exit. Plenty of parking when I went and I like the quick access door to the side so you don’t have to walk through the shopping center.

I dropped a coin at the self service checkout and the young girl working in the self service section kicked the coin at me rather then picking it up to help me or leaving it for me to pick up. My partner was also having trouble with the self service scanner and this particular young girl was very rude and unhelpful.

Stranded in Big 4 Yamba, and all roads in and out closed.Coles Yamba came to the rescue of several in the camp and their generosity in such help by the donation of essential supplies was for many young families, life saving.How can we say thank you other than to say that it shows the Australian spirit of the store owners.Thank you and it comes with much gratitude.The delivery by SES Volunteers and Coles Yamba we are with an extreme thanks.

customer service obviously wasn't taught here, store is all over the place, would rather shop in maclean IGA
