Suffering from Covid with a very weak immune system means I was required to go on a course of antivirals. The team at Galluzzo’s chemist went above and beyond to get the medication that I urgently needed delivered even though it was outside their normal delivery window and very close to closing time. Thank goodness that they close at 7pm.Thank you to all the staff there as every time I deal with them they are friendly, courteous and professional. I totally recommend them.

Very good advice from Pharmacist, Friendly & helpful staff. A good selection of goods or gifts etc.

the ladies dispensing the scripts are so incredibly rude. i don’t understand how they are employed there. never going there again. i was with my elderly mother who they accused of stealing because she looked inside the bag with her meds, she had every intention of paying. how very dare they, in front of other customers as well. how do they keep their job?

Hi BenI was going to leave my negative experience without the need to explain myself, however seeing that you feel the need to lie multiple times in your review reply (we had the same script filled by another chemist who actually cares about the health of human beings, something you clearly are not). Yes I did storm off when you arogantly mocked me with ZERO options to resolve the issue. Your arrogance is unbelievable.

I had really bad impression about this place. The customer services are really terrible and weird to me. I was there yesterday with my baby and stand at the baby products area. There is old Asian lady who work at the chemist staring at me and I don't know why. Finally she came closer to me and said: Are you ok?I felt she is absolutely unfriendly to me. And instead of ask: Hi can I help you with anything.Really don't know why these days people with customer services and she doesn't even know how to put a smile emoticon on her face instead of hate or judging. Really disappointed.

this place doesn't even deserve 1 star but as i had to write a review sharing my experience i needed to put one. the staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. the staff who hang around the registers eat at the back which is disgusting and extremely unhygienic and the staff should know better working at a chemist! The owner Ben is very rude and very hard to speak to. And Stephanie the blonde lady is extremely nasty towards customers she made me feel very uncomfortable speaking to her when i had my first experience with her and continuously looked me up and down. she is very rude and a nasty person who should not be working in a business that customer service is considered crucial when she does not know how to nicely interact with people. When i came in before closing one of the young workers rolled her eyes and said i just want to go home" and made me feel extremely uncomfortable as she raced to the back of the store to serve me. I brushed this off as she is only a young worker. this was a few weeks ago and ignored it until my encounter with Stephanie i thought that my concerns with the arrogance of these workers should be raised and wanted others to be fully aware before visiting this place!"

Rude staff, they did not allow me to purchase two packets of anti depressants which contain 28 in one.Even though I have done this multiple times across multiple pharmacies. Will not return back here.Long wait to receive basic medication when there is always more than 4 staff behind the desk.Lost customers of a family of 8
