Venus Nails

Appalled by their version of “sterilising utensils”. They don’t sterilise their brushes, boards, don’t clean the containers that the powder and liquid is in, the end pieces of the drill… nothing! nothing gets sterilised and it’s disgusting. One day I was in the salon and saw they were just wiping their utensils with the same cloth used for the other ones and just places them back into the bag. I have gone multiple times to this nail salon with an open mind hoping they would somehow be better than last time. I was wrong and silly for how much money i’ve spent there over the course of venus nails being in bass hill plaza. The price is never the same and always changes. You tell them the price on the brochure states x amount and yet you get told “i just work here, i don’t know” and proceeds to charge you more than you should be paying. 2 infills and a pedi cost me over $200. I am happy to pay that amount ONLY if I am receiving the service I deserve. The nails never last and always break off regardless of what you’re doing and the shellac peels after a weeks time. This may just be my experience here however I will not being going back, even if i’m desperate. Do better!

They have to be the worse.They don’t even say hello to youThe girl hurt my toes. She filed my skin not my toes she cut into my cutucal and made them bleed. She put the scrub on and not word of a lie didn’t even get a massage. I said is that it wow.There is no communication your just dollar.So rude and u professional.I would also like to add that my toe is sooooo infected. I am on antibiotics. So please be careful.I can’t even stand on my foot. Due to the infection on one toeBE CAREFUl

Did sns, the nail colour was fabulous however the lady working there didn’t evenly shape my nails and made my nails look thick (even though I told her twice that I would like a natural not thick look). Every finger nail had a different shape. To top it off, the lady had an attitude when I was gently asking her to fix the mistakes while doing my nails. I gave up at some point and let it be…but never again.

The lady was so rough and that was so uncomfortable she is a lady with purple glasses avoid her if you can rushingme allover the place I need to choose the colour I need to give her my hands it was just messy I didn't understand what the rush was forThat's totally unacceptable

Got infills done the lady didn’t know how to do infills my nails were not straight her hands were shaky so my nails were not painted correctly then the next day my nails got extremely sore had to go elsewhere and get a fresh set because it was not done correctly. PLEASE AVOID

Worst experience ever. I've had my nails done at other places quite a few times and never has it been this rough and painful. Usually it'll hurt and bleed a little when the cuticle is trimmed, but this lady really just cut my skin on both my thumbs. It immediately started bleeding and the lady initially tried to hide it by wiping it away with her thumb, but when the bleeding didnt stop she eventually used a towel. She continued to be rough and even used her own nails and acetone to scrape away the drying blood in the crevices of my nails which was extremely painful and stung so much.The shade matching was also disappointing. I did choose quite a sheer colour but compared to the pain I felt, this component was quite trivial.Not a sign of an apology and was told to pay cash only at the end of the session.Never going back to this place again.

Paid $50 for mani/pedi. One of the worst ones I've possibly ever had. It's got bubbles all through the polish and has chipped all over less than 24hrs later and there's streaks all over. Staff were a little rude too rushing people in and out. I was in and out in less than 30mins so they could get the next lot of clients in. Won't be back.

They were rude from the time I walked into the salon and throughout my treatment.The young lady who was in charge of my nail treatment had her 5 month old baby in the salon with her and throughout my time in the chair she would constantly turn around and check in on the baby.Needless to say the end product of my nails were one all uneven and I was finished in 15 mins.To top it off as she was putting oil on my cuticles she was watching her child and I had oil on my knuckles instead of my cuticles along leaving without a top coat.I will never go back and would not recommend them to anyone.

One star is one too many for this business! Each time I use their services I am reminded why I should never go back! This time I have vowed never to return. Both hubby and I have used them, the ladies there are so terribly rude they don’t even try to hide how unprofessional and down right rude they are! God forbid you try and ask them to do something a certain way- I was actually barked at by one of the ladies. If you advise them that they are hurting you, you are meet with a response of “ohhh you very sensitive” no I’m not sensitive you are desensitised to your customers and what their needs are! One time as hubby and I were getting a mani/pedi together they were, very obviously talking about us- hubby then said “we don’t understand you but we know you are talking about us” they found this very funny and erupted in fits of laughter! I really do not understand how they are still operating.
