Yesterday I attended this practice which I have attended for many years and as usual, it was a very positive experience. The staff are always pleasant and helpful and Mario is a great dentist. He explains things clearly so you are never in doubt as to what is happening. I walked out with 2 broken teeth mended. I appreciate the fact that there are always fresh flowers and that the new dental chairs are kinder to my back. All the equipment is updated regularly

I am very disappointed with this dental practice. Went here for my child's tooth extraction which turned out to be a disaster. Firstly, Dr Aisha Butt and her assistant were not organised with their tools because after she pulled one piece, the dentist and the assistant both ran out of the room looking for some tool needed to continue the extraction. My husband was in the room and I rushed inside the room and I saw both running out of the room looking for a tool. At this moment, my heart sank because I saw my son lying there with blood in his mouth crying and there was no one attending him. The extraction was not done yet. After about a minute Dr Aisha and her assistant comes in with some tool from somewhere that she then used to get another piece out. In doing so, the other remaining root is still left inside and not everything was extracted out. Not professional at all. No dentist should have to leave the room in the middle of a procedure. The assistant and dentist both went out to get a tool, leaning a child who was crying in pain and for water. I am totally shattered after this experience. I will never attend this practice again. I am concerned and fear any children attending this practice. Looking at the commotion, Dr Virginia Williams comes in and tries to mellow the situation. Both doctors said that the remaining piece will dissolve itself or as the adult tooth comes out, it will push the piece out. Secondly, Dr Aisha then says to me that I seem distressed. Of course, obviously I am distressed as my son was going through the procedure, which should have been a simple extraction but turned out to be more complicated. I just found the whole experience unpleasant. If they were organised with the tools and were more careful and cautious, I am sure this procedure would have been smoother. Greater care could have been taken to ensure the tooth was pulled out correctly. Shouldn't a dentist be aware of tooth breaking off and then take the necessary steps to ensure that tools are organised and steps taken to avoid any accidents. To add, they didn’t provide any advise or slip to suggest care after extraction as normally provided from other dental practices. When I asked my son how he was feeling during the extraction, he said that he was feeling pain and that’s why he was shouting but it was still pulled out while he was in pain. I can’t stop visualising the traumatic moment of my son lying there alone which blood in his mouth unattended. I thought children were taken better care of but this was worst than an adult. At the beginning I was consulting if we should do extraction or save the tooth, she mentioned that why are you so scared when you have had twins..I found this comment so inappropriate as if I am not allowed to be scared for my son’s procedure. At the end I was worried about what my son just went through and I was in a bit of a shock, to which she looks at me and says, “you seem distressed and because you are worried so your son is scared too” it was more than my son was in so much discomfort and the extraction not done properly and as a mum I would obviously be distressed. We are not sure of the tool that was brought from next door in a hurry, hope that was clean and new.

This dentist Dr Mario AG Cordially is a butcher. Stay away from this man at all costs. He has ruined lives with his dental butchery.

I had 3 of my wisdom teeth removed in the chair. Dr Ong and the staff were all really supportive and friendly, making it a much more pleasant experience than I thought. The procedure was explained well in detail, and turned out to be a fairly quick and painless experience.

I would like to thank Dr Aisha, Dr Virginia and Dr Imogen for their professionalism and kindness towards my children. All 3 of my children have no trouble in going to see their dentist. My daughter had severe overcrowding and has had 7 teeth extracted. Four by Dr Virginia and 3 by Dr Aisha. My daughter was very anxious, nervous and apprehensive before having her teeth out. She was scared and crying but Dr Aisha was kind and caring and very supportive. Whilst my daughter was having 3 extractions all at once Dr Aisha was making jokes and making my daughter feel comfortable. During and after the proceedures Dr Aisha and Dr Virginia were fantastic. They provided us with information on after care and even telephoned the next day to see how my daughter was doing. Fantastic dental practice and an overall good experience for my children. Thanks!!!

1 extraction, significant orthodontic work, 2 glorious crowns. I cannot compliment the work done too highly. I was fully informed of what was happening and my options the entire time. Professional plus. Five stars may not be enough.

This was the second time I have been to see Dr Cedric, I can highly recommend him. He is so gentle and patient with myself and my 7yr old son. He is so thorough, and explains what he is about to do so well. He has a lovely bedside manner, and so calm!!
