Johansen Official

Spent $300 in Nov’22 from their website but my order’s never arrived, emailed Johansen many times but they said I have to contact to courier. Then, contacted courier many times but all I got all the time were that I have to wait for them to call back when they find out the location of my order!!! Untrustworthy brand!!!

I like the clothes, but they took an Incredibly long time to arrive, I had bought them for a Bali trip thinking I had left PLENTY of time for shipping. But they didn’t arrive to well after I was home from the holiday which was a bit disappointing. But they are nice and I’ll still get use out of them.

I was originally skeptical about ordering this dress online as it was quite expensive but I had been obsessing over it for quite some time so I finally just bought it. I’m so glad I did as It was even more amazing in real life. The material is a thick, well made stretch that hugs your curves and flatters your body. It is such a beautiful, unique feminine design that gives Grecian goddess vibes.I order most of my dresses online and it can be hit and miss but Johansen designs are truly exquisite.I would recommend sizing up as it’s a tight fit. I’m a 6 in the waist but an 8 in the bust and I ordered a size small and it was perfect.

I’ll be honest, I haven’t even received the dress but I’m already disappointed. This is supposedly an Australian brand, they charge $25 for shipping unless you spend $300 (why) yet they ship the item from China? If I’d known that I’d have to deal with FedEx and TNT delivery services and the absurdly long waiting time I would have given Johansen a wide berth.Edit: I received the dress and my initial instinct was correct- both the description and the photos didn't accurately represent how the dress sits. Even the material composition is different on the dress tag vs what is on the website. Unsurprisingly they don't do refunds AND make you pay for return shipping, so I'm going to try to sell it so it hurts a little less.

Unfortunately the dress still has not arrived after 13 business days post purchase. Customer service has been poor.

Love this dress!! If you are in between sizes I would definitely recommend sizing up as it is a super tight fit! I wear an XS!!

Absolutely beautiful. Classy, true to size, great customer service - Emma was lovely. I’m tall and struggle to find suitably long dresses - this dress has delivered! I’m also curvy and this dress doesn’t make me look big and shows my curves in a classy manner.Will definitely be purchasing more dresses xx
