Happy to recommend this company to anyone, very efficient, work carried out in a timely manner, work area cleaned up after completion of work. Reasonably priced and would be happy to use again.

After weeks of trying to get hold of an electrician Hights Eletrical were the only one responded back to me, I had Tom come out to give me quotes and in no time he was back doing all the eletrical work, 6 fans, lights, tv wall plug/power, switches/relocations, antenna installation etc… Tom was very professional and guided us the right way, he explained every job that he had done to the house and going to do. I have to give Chris and his team a 10/10 in customer service! We contacted them to install additional lightings for our newly built first home. He has always been promptly and paitently responding to our questions and very professional to talk to.Chris provided us with an initial quote 3-4 months before the work was to be started. Once the handover was done I contacted Chris again and once he looked at the scope of work, he was even more reasonable with the pricing.The install was planned within a week, as well as following up with a phone call to explain how it will work. Chris and his team arrived on the agreed date and time to start the work. He went out of his way to get even little things like procuring the video door bell we wanted and got it at the best price.So happy with the workmanship and overall professionalism. Punctuality was brilliant. Could not recommend them highly enough! Will use them every time from now on!Kudos to the entire Heights Electrical team. Great job Chris.

I have used Heights Electrical 3 times. Chris and his team are very professional and know their stuff. Tom put in an outdoor range hood for my BBQ he had to work very hard to put it in great job Tom. If you are looking for a value for money sparky I would highly recommend Chris and his team and I will use them again. Once again great job Chris.

Terrible experience, would not recommend. Early in Oct, they came out and gave us a quote. We agreed and they sent us an invoice and a 4 hour window to come out the following week. I took work off and waited for them to arrive, they never showed up. No contact either. I called them multiple times no answer. I finally got a response and said they would call me back. They never did. I contacted again and was told “I’m picking up your oven now”. We never ordered an oven so clearly wrong customer. They then said they would come out later that week, so again I took time off work and waited. Not only did they not show up AGAIN, they didn’t contact AGAIN and haven’t tried to contact me since. We hadn’t moved into that property yet so the fact I had to travel and wait there for no one to come was ridiculous. It’s mid November guys - seriously. For a small business that’s disappointing. I get it can get busy, I get life happens but keeping your customers in the loop isn’t hard and customer service should be your top priority. Anyway I found another sparky who came out and did the job for almost half the price so thank you for wasting our time. If anyone wants a reliable, professional and easy to deal with sparky let me know :)

Chris and his team were professional and a pleasure to have complete our required work. They completed a total rewire of our house including changing light fittings, installing new power sockets and light switches. Highly recommend them for any electrical needs.
