Awful customer service at this place!! Walk in, get served, phone rings, person who serves me excuses himself to answer. No problem, presume he'll ask them to wait. Nope, starts a conversation leaving me mid sentence standing at the desk waiting for help again. They also didn't initially take cash as a payment??? Then upon returning the truck there was again no customer service. No one to greet us and take keys, check the truck, fuel etc. Avoid this place unless you like to be ignored.

The 4m Isuzu truck was ideal for moving furniture for my daughter’s new place in Richmond. To do it one city trip was perfect. The anchor points and hydraulic lift plus being easy to drive made it a lot easier. Thanks Peter for your help and friendly manner. Previously hired a 10 seater bus for a wedding late October which was great. Saved three cars and only having one driver and not staying overnight.

Popped in to get a quote on a long-term rental to be told I have to speak to their sales crew on the phone. (Lady behind the counter was quite pleasant) butthere's no point offering a service if it can't be delivered on the spot.Left my details like I was asked for a call back.No call came through until later in the afternoon.
