I purchased my car from Alan Mance. From the first initial phone call to delivery of my car both Anthony Jones and Liam Power were amazing!!! The car I wanted was is in high demand at the moment however I was able to get my car within 2 months thanks to the efficient hard work of both. Both were extremely patient and professional in dealing with me and my constant phone calls asking for delivery updates, questions about my car etc. On the day of delivery for me, Liam and the lovely receptionist went above and beyond to present my beautiful new Sorrento to me. I was there with my partner and dad and they were also blown away :) The car reveal itself brought tears to my eyes and I am absolutely in love with my beautiful car. I can not thank both Liam and Anthony for making my dream come true along with dealing with me haha. Would defiantly recommend them to anyone purchasing a car.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Callum from to purchase a new Kia Sorento, and I cannot recommend him enough. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Callum was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles on offer.We knew what we wanted to buy however were on a really short time frame to get a car sorted before our big interstate trip. From the moment I enquired about the Kia Stinger it’s been smooth sailing. I was fortunate to deal with a fantastic salesperson. Anthony Jones -AJ has been fantastic throughout the whole process. I just wish all dealers were like him! Good humoured and efficient along with excellent communication helped make the whole process of trading in my car and taking delivery of my Kia Stinger memorable. I think AJ was just as excited as me! A follow up phone call was appreciated. I’d have absolutely no hesitation in recommending anyone interested in a KIA to go see AJ at Alan Mance.

I have had close to an absolutely abominable experience.I spent $50k on a demo Kia Sorento - no finance and cash transferred on agreed final price. As it was a demo, a condition of sale was a full detail (both internal & external) upon receiving the vehicle. On the website it very clearly states free delivery anywhere in Victoria - due to staff shortages I accepted that Footscray to Kilsyth was a significant delivery and accepted a request to deliver to Bulleen at my workplace.Vehicle was delivered to my workplace, detailed externally but completely untouched inside. Leaf litter throughout, finger marks on windows, scuff marks on inside of doors etc. I had to ‘negotiate’ the detail to be completed - with the best ‘offer’ from the dealership being me driving the car back to Footscray, wait for 3 hours on my weekend and for my trouble - get a tank of petrol. Genuinely laughable.I was strong on a local detailer being accessed & providing the detail, sought an invoice & sent a quote within the nominated fee / figure the dealership agreed to pay. It took 8 business days from provision of invoice to transfer of funds, multiple phone calls and plenty of ‘constructive’ feedback to Liam - meant nothing & made no difference.On the 11th business day after receiving the car and arranging the detail and with payment still yet to occur for the detail, I received a phone call from Callum the salesman with the ‘Houston we have a problem’ statement.The dealership had completed paperwork for 17 used vehicles that month that had been completed incorrectly and those vehicles needed to be reassessed for roadworthy & re-submitted to VicRoads.Therefore my car car had to be taken back to the yard again, with the same ‘offer’ of a tank of petrol for me driving the car 1 hour plus there, and back and hours of waiting on my weekend. I was able to ‘negotiate’ for the car to again be collected from my workplace, but based on the horrendous service I’d received I only agreed with a replacement car provided. That was delivered when the car was collected… The best part was when the arranged time of delivery that morning had come & gone and I contacted Callum via text to ask when the car might be collected / delivered - with the first reply being a contact share of the delivery drivers details and a suggestion it would be best if I spoke to the driver directly!!!And he was serious?!?!? Genuinely disgraceful service standards - ar least they were consistent!Then, I finally got the car back and took it home. I rang and spoke to Liam explaining how incredibly disappointing my experience had been… He offered to provide custom car mats and a boot liner, which we’d already purchased - as recompense for the challenges & difficulty we’d experienced to that point.I accepted reimbursement for those two items bought, total of just over $150. It is now 9 business days since I was emailed acknowledging receipt of the invoices provided - and I have texted, rung him twice and left voicemail’s for Liam on Monday, Thursday & Friday and he has ignored all of my contact since.The level of customer care is deplorable - the lack of courtesy and effort to follow through on PROMISED agreements is worse.Wouldn’t buy another car here if it would save me $10k on a similar car elsewhere. Shambolic staff - full stop!
