I had the loveliest interaction with a man called Bud (I think his name was); he showed very good customer service skills, by being super polite and efficient at his job. This company has been super organised about how they have dealt with my matter and I am super pleased with their service.

Finally ! After spending a month trying to get my wrecked car towed from my backyard(the other business was winging about the accessibility to the car), Bud was the only one to accept the challenge! Frequently towing is a fantastic company when it comes to help. The operator was extremely friendly, cost affective and punctual. I broke down on Tonkin highway early this morning and got a tow as far south to Mandurah which was great. I will definitely be using Frequently towing again for any further car troubles and would highly recommend to anyone in need of vehicle assistance with either crash or break downs.

Great experience when we required a tow. Bud was professional, calming and took great care of the vehicle ensuring there would be no damage to the front end from the driveway kerb. Highly recommend and will use again if ever we need another tow.

I had a 'breakdown' on Canning Hwy during peak traffic. My car was blocking the left lane on the hwy. I had phoned the RAC and they dispatched a tow truck. Bud had driven by and stopped to see if I needed towing. I told him that the RAC was sending a tow truck. With no monetary gain for himself he took the time to help me get the car off the highway and he discovered the problem so I was able to get underway. A nice act of human kindness during what is obviously a peak time for tow truck operators. Thanks Bud.
