Good service, well priced, and decent range. Worth a visit if you're wanting something that isn't off the shelf B*****gs - be different!Parking is easy enough on quite days. The online system is a little dated as not all colour availabilities are shown. Definetly worth a trip to the store.Keep in mind the return policy though. They exchange items but there is a 25% re-stock fee.

Efficent friendly staff. Tracking delivery system was spot on. Aside from online viewing, I hadn't actually 'seen' my letterbox (Empress premier). When I unpacked it, I was thrilled to find it was gorgeous! High quality finish. Beautiful craftsmanship. Lovely old-world appearance. In short, an excellent online shopping experience.

Mailmaster helped us create a bespoke mailbox to replace a cheap hardware shop mailbox. We already had a cavity in the block retaining wall, and after providing the dimensions to Mailmaster , they designed and fabricated a face plate with front opening door to suit. If you want something that is unique, then give Mailmaster a call. Best of all they are local and are reasonably priced for a great quality product.

received a damaged and flimsy product in the post (given damage may we'll have been caused by shipping, the product could obviously not withstand much handling).have asked for a refund as it is unusable, the seller refuses to refund on damaged products which is against fair trading act.The seller sais a refund will be minus both shipping cost and %25 of the sale value (which is illegal)I currently have contacted fair trading who have an open a case for this issue, and have advised I am not responsible for shipping or restocking cost.BUYER BEWARE!
