I bought the Assault Rack short as my garage roof is low. Its amazing. Perfect for what i need, really well built, super sturdy for heavy weights and chin-ups. Plus the attachments I got really added to my workouts (Torsonator Sleeve for additional workouts and spotting arms for lifting heavier weights safely). Ironedge sent out my order ASAP, keeping me in the loop when shipments arrived and what the lead times were (via Matt at the St Kilda branch - he was great). Their equipment and service is the best you can get.

Bought the economy barbell from Iron Edge, and shipping was held up due to courier delays. Iron Edge was extremely helpful in chasing up the delayed shipment, and was providing me with daily shipping updates. They provided a voucher for a shipping mishap that wasn't even their fault. The customer service team here truly goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant customer experience.

Ordered an Iron Edge 4 stack station back in January 2023 which was paid in full including delivery over $10,000 worth of equipment. Still waiting for a confirmation on delivery after two delivery cancellations and numerous emails. After last conversation today, apparently its still sitting in the warehouse" after 5 months ! Doesn't seem to be any urgency in fufilling the order or answering emails

I recently purchased the Assault Rack Pro with Storage, Competition bumper plate set, adjustable bench and some flooring for my business and I have been incredibly impressed. I had used their equipment previously in commercial gyms so I knew their equipment was quality but now having received it I know it’s the highest quality gym equipment you can buy. Their customer service team were excellent with frequent and timely responses to all my questions both via email and phone. Their delivery was prompt. Whilst you can buy cheaper gym equipment from other companies, you sacrifice quality so I am very pleased with my investment in Iron Edge. I’ll be buying more from them as I expand my gym and business needs.

Similar experience to others in recent times, but I was extremely surprised at the poor customer service I received while trying to find out where my order was - continually passing blame to couriers and suppliers rather than taking ownership themselves, as owners of their own E2E supply chain.Not only did it take 5 weeks for (part of) my order to arrive, but I also found out 5 weeks after my order was processed that my squat rack was being delivered with no hardware (nuts and bolts), and the pins that hold the 2x squat racks up were not available and no date confirmed when they’ll arrive. 2x hex bolts were sent to manually keep squat racks in position. Incredibly poor experience for the amount of money their products cost, you would expect a polished and professional experience.Will not recommend to personal and professional network. Look elsewhere

Purchased the Foldaway Flat to Incline / Decline bench. Everything with the purchase went smoothly. It's a quality bench. Functions real nicely. The design and materials are great. The bench comes fully assembled. Unfortunately it is let down by the quality of assembly.The seat has not been screwed on parallel to the backrest. Not by a lot, but it is noticeably askew. The rear feet covers with rollers have lugs that are meant to fit into small cut-outs on the rear feet / frame. Whoever assembled the unit glued the feet covers on but didn't bother lining up the lugs. So the one foot is not pushed all the way home, and now can't be adjusted.Shame because this lets down what is not a cheap bench at $595, and otherwise I would have been so happy with it. Expected more attention to detail on a product of this price.Would have given 5 stars if it was assembled with attention to detail.

Ordered the assault pack as it had everything I wanted for my home gym. The rack was super easy to assemble and really looks the part, it’s great quality. I had a lot of questions and dealt with a polite and knowledgeable man, James Russell. He was very knowledgeable on the kit and quick to respond to all my queries. The exercises manuals iron edge supply are really good to help put sessions together. Really happy with the purchase and will certainly go to iron edge again to add more equipment to my gym.

Very easy and pleasant experience with Iron Edge. Excellent customer service. Compared to other companies out there, these guys actually genuinely look after their customers.

Picked up the rower and assault pack combo. Shipping was really quick, three days from Victoria to Sydney even in the lockdown, and the gear was really easy to set up. Build quality is really good and I’m loving it. There were some parts of the assault rack on back order (storage pins and the 2.5kg weights) which will be shipped when in stock but I was pleased to get the bulk of it real fast. Had some queries regarding the lock nuts which were promptly answered and resolved. Thanks guys!
