Have been coming here for my tax return for the last 3 years. Every experience has been very thorough and professional! Angela has done her best to get me the best refund possible, and i will be coming back here every year because of it!

I had a phone appointment booked for 1st thing 9am. By 9:15 I called stating i hadn't received a phone call and was advised that the staff member was running 30min late and would all at 09:45. By 10am I called them back stating I was expecting a call and was advised that she's still busy and would expect to be able to help me around 11:30am. Satisfaction guaranteed" = failed. If an appointment is made I would expect a courtesy call to let me know. Not have to chase up and get poor service."

How fantastic! I just walked in off the street to see if I could make an appointment and H&R Block saw me right there in then I was welcomed by Angela a very professional kind and friendly woman who managed to get me an amazing return of $2600 I couldn’t ask for better timing as I have lots of household expenses and I’m just so grateful that H&R Block delivered such wonderful customer service!

Our family all came to the kwinana branch and our tax consultant Angela has provided us all with quick and efficient service. One of the claims was quite extensive but she has provided us with outstanding service.

The receptionists and tax consultants were all very friendly and happy. The tax consultant I had was very thorough and professional! I will definitely be back here next year as I have never had better service! Thank you H&R BLOCK KWINANA!!!! :)

Had an appointment and had to wait 15 minutes then somebody else walked in and they had no appointment but were told to pop in to update their bank details, so even after telling them I was in a hurry, they sorted the walk in first. Was very disappointed in the service and felt like it was a waste of time making an appointment as had to wait 20 minutes in total
