Firstly let me say that this is a 5 start rated business! Ignore the bad reviews which have dropped the rating. Initially I brought in my PC for a clean and diagnosis as it had stopped powering up. I found both Sharon and Michael to be friendly and courteous and I felt confident that they would provide excellent service. I was not disappointed. My computer was returned to me a few days later as estimated, fully functional and running like a dream.This was my old system and I had already purchased a new rig from a reputable (or so I thought big name company) and was awaiting it's arrival. To cut to the chase I was stung by this big name firm (hint, hint) and returned their system for a full refund.I asked Sharon for a quote on an identical system and she bettered their suggestions returning a quote within a few hours. After some fine tuning they built me a fantastic computer in a short space of time! Excellent communication throughout and at an excellent price. I wish that I had dealt with them from the start and I can't recommend them highly enough. Don't hesitate.

The people here are great, they offered me a lot of advice too which I really appreciated because I am somewhat technologically challenged.

I was having a very stressful time because my iPhone died and I bought a new iPhone but was a bit anxious about transferring my data etc. I needed this data in my new phone quickly cos I was leaving for overseas. Sharon fitted me in in that day and was so helpful, didn’t make me feel inadequate because I couldn’t do it myself and got the job done at a very reasonable price. I have used this service before with my Apple laptop issues and have always been super impressed. Both Sharon and Michael are always willing to assist and their prices are very reasonable.

I have used Cnet's services for my plumbing company for IT solutions on about 5 occasions now, and I have always been very impressed with their service and price. Michael has attended each time, and he is very good at what he does. He always listens to what you say, works hard and is always polite. Sharon in their office is great too, she always replies back to my emails and efficiently makes bookings.Highly recommend this company!

So happy with the service Michael gave me. My beloved 'mature aged' HP laptop had carked it. He brought it back to life better than ever, in a couple of days. It is now 3 times faster (new bigger hard drive). He also reminded me of the 'correct' way to shut down a computer. Doh!His patient, professional service was greatly appreciated, while I was having a real meltdown. :)
