Kundalini House - Yoga, Massage and Acupuncture

I have had several treatments from Jane at Kundalini House and I am blown away by her caring and nurturing approach to her work. I will definitely keep using her as my hypnotherapist, she has made a big impact on my well being.

This beautiful yoga and health centre focuses greatly on kundalini yoga, which i love but it is for the morning hatha classes that i attend whenever i possibly can.Somewhere along the line, hatha yoga disappeared from the melbourne scene, so when i found these classes i was really pleased. I have never had anything but a happy, deep experience of yoga here- whether i attend in person or online. I love also that there is evidence of cultural origins, a respect for India, in the small touches to the room, which is really important to me. My body loves the hatha here and i am so grateful x

I bought the one month pass for new members and I tried everything. It was so enjoyable and useful that I signed up for a year. At the moment I am enjoying the summer yoga intensives - the tantric hatha yoga 5 day course was so magical that I rearranged my daily schedule so that I could complete all 5 days of the course. All of the teachers I have encountered have been lovely and very accommodating of my many physical ailments.

I’ve had an amazing experience with the prenatal yoga classes so far. It’s really convenient to have 2x weekly options and both in-studio and online. Both the teachers (Julia-Rose and Cindy) have been excellent.Looking forward to trying ‘mums and bubs’ yoga and other classes once bub arrives ☺️

After attending Kundalini House for nearly 8 years, I can tell you it is a truly special place. Founded by two incredible & wise sisters who have created a hub of health&happiness for all aspects of life. I was well supported and nurtured through my pregnancies and various illnesses via acupuncture, massage and the amazing Kundalini Yoga. All of the practitioners are very good at what they do, highly knowledgable and truly caring. I can't recommend this place highly enough.
