I was referred to Paul & Mike at Green Valley Solar by a previous satisfied customer who had used them on two different homes. My rooftop solar took 2 years to come to fruition because it was part of a new house build with accompanying delays. Paul was good at returning my calls all the way through as I kept him updated on progress and I always found him to be knowledgeable, upfront, honest to deal with and importantly, friendly. Green Valley Solar have a very good knowledge of solar and install quality products and I also liked that I was dealing directly with the guys who own and run the business as opposed to bigger solar providers with their call centres and sub-contractors who are there one day and gone the next with 'no skin in the game'. I recommend Green Valley Solar very highly.

Well where do I start, after doing a little homework on the net , to familiarize myself with information that would be helpful in making decisions as to what solar panels and Inverter would suit my needs. I put my contact details on the Web, and to which I received several contacts, some of which rang or emailed me, that was great, I had some company's telling me that I would need much bigger systems than I would actually need, also telling me that it would be best to purchase either the German Solar panels (some not even made in Germany although that's what they led you to believe, so beware) and some that are the just cheap and nasty. Then I had a phone call from Paul at Green Valley Solar, we had a leniently conversation on what would be appropriate for my needs, and not only that he also discussed with me on the most efficient way to use my system to my advantage, advice that was so very important to get maximum use from my system, something that none of the other Company's discussed with me. Paul then visited my property, and once again he sat with me and was very HONEST and answered any of my queries on installation,(including the electrical requirements) Solar panels, and all the appropriate components that I would need to be adequate for my home. One other element that I was very impressed with, is that there Company Green Valley Solar on the Net actually has there home address on it, I think this speaks volumes as this allows you to have a concrete commitment to the service that they supply. After making my decision to go with Paul and Michael at Green Valley Solar, I was subsequently nothing but impressed with their exceptional quality workmanship and very professional service. I did a vast amount of research on local solar providers before I made contact with what I perceived as the 3 best candidates. I found that Green Valley Solar really stood out from the other installers with a clear explanation of the systems available and honest information at a competitive price which suited my budget and ROI (Return On Investment).. They were very professional during all communications (not pushy) and the installation happened on the quoted install date perfectly. I cannot praise these guys enough and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in the area!

I've recently had my 5kw Jinko/Fronius system installed, it's still early days but from what i've experienced so far. Could not be happier, even during a cloudy Melbourne winter!I originally requested quotes from solarquotes.com.au and received two calls from other retailers. One was brilliant during the sales call, though doing some digging and reading reviews, the installs didn't leave them with the best reputation, the other company couldn't be less interested. Not comfortable with either of those companies, I looked for a local company on the solarquotes website and got in contact.Mike was awesome from the beginning. He's the business owner and completes the quotes/installs himself (with help from Aaron). He's really friendly, honest, wasn't pushy, and happy to answer all my questions, gave me options and clearly explained the pros/cons of certain products.The quote was itemised (which I really appreciated, other quotes i'd received or seen were rolled up packages). The guys came out and did a measure and look at my roof, talked through the quote/products again and about a week later they came out to do the install - the install looks amazing - really tidy compared to others i've seen, they left my garage where they installed the inverter neater than it was when they came in! They also got me all set up on the app to check how much energy is being generated and sent to the grid etc before they left.Mike has touched base after the inspector came, letting me know when the paperwork had been submitted to my energy retailer and kept me updated throughout the whole process.I can already see my cost savings (especially with electric ducted heating) and really happy with my decision to go with Green Valley Solar. Would definitely recommend Mike/Aaron to anyone who's looking for a trustworthy, professional/peace of mind install.I'll be getting them back when I add a battery!
