Useless! These guts represted me (or should I say- failed to represent me). Took my money on a clear cut case that I should have won. I don't think the lawyer who represented me even opened my file. I had 3 lawyers there over 18 months, then 1 about 6 months before hand who represented me. He failed to substantiate my argument, failed to debate hers, or pull her up on her lies. He failed put the majority of my evidence in- and the evidence that was entered had little to do with substantiating my case. I am now $52,000 down in lawyers fees, and on my 2nd appeal through another lawyer that I am unlikely to win because I can only argue with already tendered evidence, which there was none. Thanks for nothing Go To Court.

Very disappointed with the services provided by Phillip Kelly. Could not be reached for a double check of a document which he had promised. Contacted us 30 minutes late for a secondary phone appointment, we had a 11 minute phone conversation in total when paid for an hour. He never called us back on request or answered any emails.

Completely disappointed every step of the way. Started With my lawyer leaving and not being informed for over a week. Then lost my paperwork, I got extra bills when I was specifically told the payment I paid up front was the total payment. Takes several days to get a response from my emails if I get one at all. Was told the whole process would be done within 4 weeks but we are now on week 9 and still the application has not even been submitted to the court. I've told my lawyer how unhappy I am and that I want to complain to the senior partner but he has never so much as sent me an email let alone a phone call. I'm very unhappy with the service. Do not recommend at all.

The first thing I noticed with Tony Martin was his realist approach in solving an issue. I provided Tony with a quite difficult challange and was very pleased that the following day he had started work on the issues. For a lawyer to want to solve an issue as quickly as possible is rarely heard of in this day and age. Well done

The lawyer who handled most of my relative's case took it up after our initial lawyer retired. The case was clearly well documented as she had no difficulty picking up where her predecessor had left off. Both these lawyers were professional and handled the case with real concern. Nothing negative, I would give five stars.

My son had received a summons, we arranged a meeting with the Canningvale office, the person we saw was knowledgeable and made us feel this would be a quick fix. He told us that we would be looked after by someone else and she would make contact. This was my first time needing a lawyer and was provided with an outstanding and amazingly professional one, Yasmin was too the point and very upfront about my circumstances, I was guilty and had no grounds for defence but she managed to work her magic and get me a minimal penalty in the way of a fine instead of spending time behind bars.
