Accom Holidays Gloucester we're amazing to deal with. We made a request for a last minute weekend away with our dogs in beautiful Carawa River Retreat .We had some difficult requests (due to our friends change of plans) but they were able to send us updated invoice, a late checkout and we even extended our stay last minute (on a public holiday) and they were able to organise it for us without any problems.We had some beautiful snack boxes and a wine awaiting our arrival.Overall, a very pleasant experience with Accom Holidays. Thank you very much for a hassle free weekend away - we will be back!
