We have enjoyed having Jessie Mitchell look after our travel arrangements for quite a few years now. Even when she was away in Canada for a couple of years she arranged with other staff at Camden to look after us.Jessie goes out of her way to let us know deals which we might be interested in and always gets great bargains. She has also arranged bookings for other family members and gives them the same great service.Recently we had a health problem in Vietnam causing us to cancel flights and accommodation. I have been booking my family holidays with Kate Hardy at Flight Centre Camden for 5 years. She has looked after each trip with great detail and made the little things matter, some were small weekend getaways to 2-3 week family holidays to America and Canada, the same amazing caring service was given, even when I found a cheaper price, there was no issue to beat it, as I have found in the past with other agents. I have sent family and friends to book with Kate without hesitation. On my last trip, I had a night booked that was no longer needed, I emailed Kate from USA and within 3 days I had a refund for that nights accommodation back in my account. Absolutely fantastic team. Jessie Mitchell and Christine O'Reilly are two of the most professional and helpful agents I've ever worked with. They are patient and informed and have booked phenomenal holidays for myself and my husband and our family. Christine organised an entire countrywide Sri Lankan trip, coming home via the Maldives, from driver, to all accommodation and every flight. There wasn't a single issue our whole 3 week adventure due to such excellent attention to detail. And most recently, Jessie Mitchell has booked a once in a lifetime trip to Disneyland for our family of 5.
