I have used Bramwell homes and I'm very happy with their service. I was kept up to date every step of the way and sent progress photos of the build. Everything was on time and if I ever had to ring Bramwell for any reason Trish Wilkes and Rose are always more than happy to help. If I decide to build again I will be using Bramwell homes

We have used Bramwell to purchase our Land & House as part of our SMSF. The staff in the Sydney office were fantastic, kept us up to date on the progress of the property. We have since sold the property and made a good profit on the sale. We also added some value to the property in Tamworth with additions. Thanks for all your assistance and wish them all the best for the future. We had our first investment property built by Bramwell Homes. The problems we encountered were 0!!!! None!!! Nada! Throughout the build, emailed we sent to keep us on the loop which was fantastic. We have PRD manage our Investment home and they were like mice...not a peep of complaint from them regarding the build... This can only be a sign of great builders who build on schedule, with pride and professionalism. Thank you team Bramwell Homes.

What an amazing professional company!Amazing staff who keep me up to date with the progress of the build from the beginning with pictures of each stage of the build with follow up calls to ensure that I am happy with the progress and actually ask if I had any concerns so that they could address and resolve any issues I may have. I can always get an answer to any question which I may have and I have a lot of those!I highly recommend Bramwell Homes to anyone who is thinking of building, they are honest and reliable which is rare to find these days. Bramwell was very accomodating for additional modifications and provided a quality product. Material selection was a little restricted but worked out fine in the end considering covid issues at time. Good updates on progress during build with minimal delay due to weather / covidVery professional, happy to work with you on designs & fitout.
