We used First Choice in Hervey Bay to manage our rental property for 10 years. Simone and the girls have been fantastic when selecting tenants for our property, especially during the Covid scenario. We were very lucky to have great tenants who never faulted on the rent. Simone did a fantastic job of managing our rental property in Scarness for years before we sold. Always found her to be very organised and responsive. Nothing was too much trouble when we were trying to have work done to facilitate the sale despite covid restrictions. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately no option for negative stars, do not rent here, always rude and unhelpfull over the phone, lied to us about needing all cleaning, pest spray and blinds cleaned by professionals with receipts, i called the RTA this is false and illegal to ask for a tennat to do so, not only do they continously harrass us, they lie about everything they say, luckily they put it all in email so when we go to court i can show how un professionally they acted, even going as far as messaging us on facebook and we arent hard to contact either, YOUR VALUES ARE CLEARFIRST CHOISE REALTY VALUES:harrassmentLyingFraudRude
