These ppl have no idea on customer service. They were yelling and arguing between themselves with customers waiting. The food especially the fish was ruined being over cooked. Didn’t realise till I got home. There food is way over priced for the area. The fish and chips at nth Ringwood are better priced and far superior. Will never shop here again.

They gave me the wrong order and asked me to bring the order back to exchange it with bad attitude. I actually have arrived and went back with kindness. However, those people gave me a negative feedback on the delivery app. This is very disappointing. Never ever do go things to the store.

Great service, great variety unfortunately a little overcooked and dry. Batter was a very dark colour indicating too hot and too long cooking.Last time it was much better.Will try again.

Forgot my chips and I got frozen in the middle south Melbourne dim simsCalled twice they didn't really careI think they also dropped the salt container as everything was to salty to eat wouldn't rate it

Way over priced and no flavour was sooooooo disappointed how do you stuff fish and chips if your gonna charge premium prices it's gotta be premium quality and to be honest your food isn't even worth normal fish and chip shop prices. Your shop is the first I have been to that over charges by that much and you don't even have value packs. From the lack of flavour it's obvious you have lost your passion and it's time to sell guys. Sorry for being so blunt but I don't want others to waste their money.

A family owned business and consistently deliver great food. The oil is clean, the fish fresh and the chips are the best! We recently ordered the hamburger with the lot and the burger is homemade by mumma. So awesome!

Of course you judge any food outlet on its food - but it makes a big difference when you walk in and the place smells clean… no - not chemical wipes down clean… just clean. Good fresh fish and chips - all wrapped up in butchers paper - old school. No sign of a potato shortage here - good serving of chips - crispy on the outside but still soft inside!
