We’ve just moved to Banyo and needed an emergency appointment for our cat. We managed to get in the same day. Frank was gentle, kind and knowledgeable. He took the time to get to know our cat and didn’t rush the appointment. He was patient with us and took the time to show us how to give medicine at home and assured us we could come back to see him if our cat didn’t get better.The price was really good value for a consult, injections and meds!It looks like Frank has been in operation a long time and the clinic shows signs of aging and looks a bit disorganised. However, none of that matters when you meet Frank and you see the care and skill he has with your pet. He’s extremely knowledgeable and was great with our cat!

So decided to asked my friend if she got a Veterinarian to recommend. When I visit Doctor Frank, he straight got the answer. Friendly and caring vet, Frank. Prices are acceptable. Frank's methods are old school, can't fault him or the practice. Parking is onroad and it is very busy, not great. Three steps up, not wheelchair friendly. Recommend Frank highly.
