Nice store, well stocked, clean and super friendly staff. Dropped into get a PVC figure I had seen online (Zing) that had quite a big selection so that was cool. I found the online store helpful and easy, I was able to see that an item I was interested in was in stock at Coomera.....so off I went :D Thanks

Wouldn't price match JB Hi Fi price due to being available a suburb away and no in the same centre.

Staff are hit and miss, you may get a nice one but most of the time you wont.They have this thing about not honoring price matching even though that's what most people visit EB games for (because its not their prices).I tried buying a game and accessories that I wanted price matched from Harvey Norman, I was told to bring up proof of price, stock levels, make sure its stock levels for the closest store, make sure its the exact same item etcI cancelled the order, left the items, walked to JBHIFI around the corner, saw the nice bloke at the games department and he happily price matched everything I wanted to Harvey Norman prices (without asking for all those details) and sent me on my way, wont bother with EB games anymore

The staff are really lovely here! Today my boyfriend and I went in, hoping to get one of the free Pokemon promo cards. One of the staff let us know that unfortunately they had run out. After leaving the store, another staff member ran out and gave us one of the promo cards he had set aside. Such a kind thing to do - wish I had gotten his name!

Don't waste your time with this shop or the staff, over priced and under deliver.

It has what you expect but hot and cold service. The price match is a bit of a joke as they will only match with the JBHIFI in Westfield not helensvale homecenter????

I have a level 5 EB card, need I say more.

Nice shop, always have a good range of merch. We came to purchase a drink bottle for my son. They also have a range of trading cards including Sports ones.
