Staff blatantly not wearing masks and almost everyone in store not wearing one either, while there is a legal requirement to. You can do better.

this evening, around 11pm I went to refuel after work. I almost begged at the gas station Michael if I could refuel because in reserve but he closed the door in my face saying it was closed when online it says 24 on 24. deeply embittered.

Don’t be fooled by the open 24 hours signage, this is for fuel only. If you want a snack after 12 then you need to ask the rude lady at the speaker box and there’s no option to browse.7-11 down the road is much better (and cheaper).

Don’t find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing the bathroom here on a Monday morning otherwise you’ll find yourself treated with utter contempt. I was just waiting quietly outside the bathroom at least 1-2m away from the door while the staff member attended to it when he abruptly asked me if I wanted to go in there with him, I was a little stunned and then he asked again, I told him I just needed to use the bathroom and he then rudely said he was joking and told me to wait. When he finished he just stormed straight past me without saying a word and I had to ask him if it was ok to use the bathroom, to which he said yes without so much as turning around. Not the way I wanted to start the working week. I wouldn’t normally have used the bathroom here but trains had stopped, I needed to urinate quite badly and thought I’d stop in before jumping on a bus to complete my journey to the city. Would have bought something had he been courteous but I’m not rewarding that kind of behaviour.

I would love to work here! i saw workers just chit chatting with coffee and really enjoying their morning coffee while ignoring the customer in front of them. Will not use this station again.

Guy at counter here needs a serious attitude adjustment.

Management only puts on one staff member to man both register and cafe on a busy public holiday. Awful management and criminal cost cutting behaviour that only results in customers walking out when not served on time due to their short staffing.

Being there twice. Unfortunately be served by the same staff. Why 'unfortunately'? The first time, she was on her phone, no smile, no greetings, no thank you, even said nothing. Today, she didn't redeem my 4c discount after I scanned everyday rewards card until I asked for. It was $98.35, and I paid $108.35 in cash, so should be $10 change. But she changed me $1.65. Such a simple maths, why she looks so confused even after I explained to her. She rudely throw the money to me. Very impatient, rude and unprofessional.

It is a shame that this place is so conveniently located for me. Today their 98 fuel was a 39c more expensive than around the corner at Metro on Wellington St in CollingwoodI can only assume they are profiteering (they’re not the only one’s either) from an unjust war on the other side of the planet - which is sickening and perhaps should be investigated by the ACCC.I won’t be going back.An extra star as at least their windows washing water is clean and regularly changed.

Advertised as 24 hours but that entirely depends on which staff member is on duty, you may get prompt friendly service, you might be ignored for half an hour or you might be rudely sent away, it's a lucky dip servo after midnight
