Had the pleasure of eating here while on holidays from Sydney. The best oysters my partner has ever eaten. Service was amazing. Met the owners who are wonderful. Sashimi was outstanding. Could not fault any of the food. Highly recommended.

We stayed in St Kilda last weekend and I decided that I was in the mood for seafood, my partner isn't into it though. The owners were nice enough to tell the Mrs to grab something she wanted from another venue and bring it back to eat it there (even offered to put it in a bowl).To say the service was top notch and friendly is an understatement! Gabrielle & Jason are just lovely people and I enjoyed having a chat to them.As for the food, it was fresh and delicious! Some of the best seafood I've had (and I'm an ex chef). I can't wait to visit the area again simply to eat here more.Thanks for a great experience Blu Oyster co!

Had an amazing experience at Blu Oyster with firstly the owners and staff are so friendly, including being particular about knowing your name. The seafood was spectacular and great value. The tastes and flavours exploded in your mouth. Plus the tables are on the footpath so you are entertained by people watching the broad demographic St Kilda foot traffic. Highly recommended

Run by a good bloke. Extremely fresh and delicious Tasmanian oysters. Briny, creamy and refreshing with a bit of lemon and Tabasco. Beautiful location too.

Great seafood night. The taste was amazing, the service and recommendations on menu was great , the owner and the Chef are super friendly and welcoming & the location is right in the heart of St. Kilda.We enjoyed the food and the vibe, strongly recommended

my partner & i were on a holiday and were happy we found this cosy place in st kilda.the owners were really friendly and we also had a nice chat about the aesop soap & various perfume sprays in their toilet came about.the oysters were really fresh and and the prawns were really sweet and huge. couldn't recommend this lovely place enough. ✨️

Best way to spend an anniversary! One of the best experiences I've had by far. I've travelled far and wide and never had great service like this. Great vibes, amazing service and to top it off, fresh food! Would recommend 1000 times over. We shared the indulgence platter, which was exceptional! Gabrielle and Jason definitely went above and beyond to make our experience fantastic :). Will be returning soon.

Freshest seafood I have ever eaten. Gabrielle and Jason are extremely welcoming and provide an amazing experience. Could not have had a better mothers day - mum was impressed.Highly recommended and will definitely be back.
