Good however haven’t been for a year and wow prices now are not cheap!

Amazing store, they always have a greT range to choose from ,friendly and helpful staff...its my favourite tk max store.

Absolutely worst experience one lady was horrible towards me at the check out, she had dark hair and was maybe 40 plus, it was a Wednesday around 1pm, she asked how my day was and I'd said horrible, I then proceeded to tell her what had happened on my day and she judged me, when I said I don't need her judgement I felt bad enough she then said well don't tell me about your day then" honestly couldn't be worse

It's such a huge store. Such a shame that there was minimal good quality stock to choose from. Found so many clothes in the incorrect sizing place. Small sizes in XL, etc. It's not an enticing store at all compared to others.We walked out buying nothing, which we hardly ever do at other locations.

Had terrible experience recently with their manager ( or called so, couldn't see her name badge ). I was refused for a refund for the bad quality items I bought. The lady manager" was extremely rude

Fairly good range of products, very cheap prices.

I had my 5 yr old daughter with me whos very excited to buy a present for her friend. Its 520 and little did we know that its about to close in 10mins. We wouldnt mind being told that theyre closing in 10mins and would gladly walk away but this lady in the registers, couldnt hide her dismay in her face said “Yes were closing, but what could we get you?” Its true that the tone, body and facial expressions speak more than the words said! So please get her into better customer service training. You guys have the best things to sell but work on your staff as well.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! my daughter and I walked into the store just to browse around when I got to the checkout and payed for my items in cash the lady at the register (with red har, bad attitude and so full of herself) started complaining about the $10 note that I gave her. I politely said sorry and said I never knew what was wrong with the $10 note and she continued to say the money wasn't real and we couldn't use it. We ended up paying for the item with a different note as we started to walk away she laughed in the most rudest and sarcastic way. These people in TK max coomera need to start learning some manners as this ruined my afternoon. Highly recommended not coming here go to a different TK Max with better customer service.
