I had Brad come out today and he was very professional, polite, courteous and on time. Brad did a fantastic job from Chem Dry Rose and I will never go anywhere else. He removed the stains in a jiffy and was very patient with me aswell with me securing my dog. I have always had Chem Dry Rose wherever I move to because they are an excellent company that you can trust and rely on to get the job done when other places can’t. We just had a mattress cleaned and were extremely happy with the friendly and efficient service and the mattress is amazingly clean, highly recommend them for both service and the cleaning they did

Can't fault their service. Technician (think his name was Brad) polite and on-time. Did a great job cleaning x2 rugs especially on general rug stains. Would recommend & use their service again.

Technician was running late, texts and calls went unanswered. Arrived 40 mins late. Very polite and got started straight away and it smelt nice when it was done. I went with Chem dry as needed it to be dry in 1-2 hours like they claimed but it most definitely was not dry and we had fans, heaters etc going but still took hours and hours to dry. I wouldn’t fork out the extra to use them again tbh.

Good service. The guys were a bit late, but did a fantastic job cleaning a stained mattress. It helps to know in advance that a mattress will take time to dry and to clear the parfume-like smell of the chemicals used. It is a deep cleaning, not wand-waving magic.
