Would give 0 if I could. Have now been into the Chadstone store 4 times in the last monthish. And each time I have waited around half an hour + for help and ended up walking out (generally when they serve someone who has entered the store after me). Can’t even get an acknowledgement!!! Tried to book a consult… yep no problems… we can help you in a months time… don’t even try to book a treatment… the wait for that is 3 months….
