Andrew from Jims fencing Griffin has gone above and beyond. He has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and his quality of work is excellent. Its been a great experience from start to finish and I can't recommend him enough. Very happy customer.

The job started out somewhat smoothly apart from shifting a few dates around here and there which is to be expected. Unfortunately there seemed to be issues with communicating to us on his end as the job proceeded, which resulted in us ending up with gates that don't reflect on the quote that was given, nor are they satisfactory to what we expected/asked for in the first place.When approached to fix/change as we were not happy that a simple phone call wasn't made to communicate what he was going to do as there were issues with where posts could be placed, he just simply installed what was the easiest option for him, and wanted us to pay additional costs to make changes for something that we had not asked for in the first place. If you are going to use this individual for fencing i would suggest going elsewhere, or i would make yourself present at the time of installation to ensure you actually end up with what you have paid good money for in the first place.I am a reasonable person and understand sometimes you may need to make changes if problems arise, but the client should always be contacted in this situation before going ahead and completing the job so you can send the remainder of the bill. Further action will have to be taken unfortunately as we are unhappy to be left with something we had not asked for.
