I have been using Sprint electrical for about 4 years at the current company I work for and I have to say they have not let me down once for any repair jobs I give them. Their attention to detail on repairs are spot on along with the communications with clients onsite at the jobs is 10/10 along with their professionalism. Their email with report findings are very detailed along with before and after photos which makes my life easier to report back to clients for reference.They are very reliable, fast and very efficient on each tasks. He told us what he will be doing, kept us updated of what he has found, and recapped what he has done to improve the performance of our ACU.Sprint Electrical and team offer great service, reasonable rates, great communications. I couldn't recommend the Sprint Electrical team more highly. Their punctuality, professionalism and accomodating ways from start to finish were outstanding. Justin, the electrician was incredibly polite and professional and explained the process of the job in a way I could understand. Ros, the office manager had outstanding customer service- being accommodating to find appointments that fitted in with my own work schedule were greatly appreciated as well as making follow up phone calls to ensure my electrical issues were resolved. Would highly recommend!!!

Sprint is very efficient and reliable from the initial booking with the super organised and friendly Office Manager to the Technicians completion of electrical works.The staff are responsive to any questions and transparent with their services whether it’s via email, phone or on site.The same technicians are always sent to our Strata building and have never failed to show up on the day advised. The familiarity with our building allows them to resolve issues promptly and we trust them to access the building even when no one is on site.I highly recommend Sprint Electrical!
