Laurie came across well and we were pretty cautious as have had nothing but substandard work in the past . Unfortunately another substandard job from a contractor that has no qualms in being dishonest. Make sure any quotes are itemised in every detail and make sure that everything is drawn up so there are no disputes as we not only got a poor standard of work but didn't get what was agreed upon . Very disappointing that he is now going legal to enforce full payment before considering coming back to rectify the issues we have , we have withheld full payment as we are not at all confident that he will return once paid . VERY DISAPPOINTED AND HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED
