Would be more convenient if there were more workers on the non-express registers. Having to wait inline behind 4 other people with full trolleys isn't really great.

I stood at deli for 15 minutes,the girl spotted me,turned away,5:15 tonight..then ten later came to serve..then I went to get fruit..oml..fresh food people? Is this a joke? My bag of mandarins at a ridiculous price..all but one rotten..looked fine till opened the bag..shops gone south.

Stood at the deli counter for about a minute waiting to be served, I had seen the girl walk off so I lent over the bench to see where she was. All I could see was a phone. So I got my own phone out and took the below picture. Waited about another 30 seconds, then walked back to join my mother. When I turned around an elderly gentlemen was standing at the deli looking to be served but again he couldn't see her and walked away. My mother then proceeded to walk up to the counter where the girl looked up, saw us, started walking over still on her phone, my mother said don't worry about it" and the girl just stood there continuing to look at her phone. Terrible customer service

I actually witnessed the most horrific scene I've ever witnessed in my life, what only could be explained as power hungry manager belittle a staff member beyond belief infront of myself and my partner..Honestly treating young staff members like dirt in front of people is beyond approach.Disgusting an shameful

It’s a quiet Woolworths which is conveniently located 30 seconds from my house but the deli is always empty or being packed up by as early as 3pm. I find this to be very strange. There is also not much variety in this store so I always have to head over to the Woolworths in Westfield if I am looking for Asian, Vegetarian or Vegan ingredients. On one occasion I was also accused of stealing produce, even though I had purchased it from the fresh market in the same complex. Staff member claimed to have no knowledge of the fresh market, even though it is a mere 10 steps down from Woolworths and anyone entering or leaving the complex would have a full view of it. Luckily I had a receipt, but it still made me feel like a criminal.

Very nice Woolworths to go too. During the pandemic it is very quiet if you go in the mornings. Staff have been nice wherever I shop here. There is a nice cafe which I sometimes get coffee from, it's next to Woolworths. It has a good amount of parks and a very small yet good range of shops. (Dentist, cafe, fruit and vegetables shop)
