Amazing owners and even better food!! I highly recommend their grilled flake. it’s my partners and I’s favourite spot for an easy healthy tea. the chef does an amazing job!!

Refer to my photo for the amount that $8 of chips gets you… dismal. Lucky we got our food though after a long wait, as the 2 families with us waited 45 minutes after ordering just to be told they ran out of food!The fish and chips themselves were ok, but bad value and bad service!

Waited to be served for over 5 mins. Rang the bell and could hear workers talking in the back to each other. Sang out hello and the talking stopped for a minute then started again. Walked out without being served. One of the worst customer experience’s I have ever had. Will not go back, and upon checking other reviews am glad I didn’t wait for mediocre food.

I’m a local to this fish n chippery. It WAS pretty good. Portions were small but it was good quality. Im assuming ownership changed around December as everything has gone to (insert swearword)! The orders have never been correct, the quality is terrible (extremely oily and flake is not flake) and the prices are so overpriced, it’s a wonder there are people ordering. AND to top it off, I swear my daughter and I got food poisoning from the scallops.. Staff that have been there however have been friendly,. Only reason they deserve a star!

Very pricey due to current inflation. We paid $30 for 2 pieces of flake, 2 dim Sims, 2 potato cakes, and a couple of handfuls of chips. The chips were good, but the potato cakes were dry with some freezer burn. The flake was the hardest to eat, as it was full of bones and weird cartilage pieces I had to keep pulling out. I don't think I'd go back unless I was in a pinch - they have the benefit of being the only fish and chip place open near the beach.

Save yourself the disappointment of wasting your money and time by avoiding this place. Food is overpriced for next to nothing and service is poor. I purchased the most expensive fish & chips known to man at this excuse of a fish & chip shop, if you could even call it that. The only reason I give a 2 star is because the fish actually tastes decent. Was over charged for my drinks and didn’t get the 3 potato cakes I asked for. Asked for several drinks off the menu only to be told they were sold out. There is a reason this place has poor google reviews and I wish I took notice of them before bothered wasting my time and money to go here. Avoid at all costs, you will be disappointed.

DO NOT COME HERE!We ordered $60 worth of food that was covered in oil and not enough to feed even 2 people, let alone the 6 we were trying to feed. We ordered potato scallops and they gave us seafood scallops. The manager tried to argue that they don’t sell potato scallops. So why did they take my order for them?? The manager spent 10 minutes arguing about how we were in the wrong and refusing to refund our money. $14 worth of chips that would have fed 1 person.Worst customer service. Worst looking food (I don’t know about how it tasted as it looked so unappetizing I didn’t eat it).DO NOT GO HERE.

Customer service is disgusting young lady at register needs more training absolutely disgusting was very rude. Paid $65 worth of food and was missing half of it had to wait extra longer for rest of food some wasn't even put through to begin with. I paid for 4 packs and extra chips and it was all shoved into one box! Not worth the money or drive! And your place is dirty. If there was a ln option to give you zero stars that's what you would getRevolting.
