I used Moondy Removalists to pack my shipping container. I wanted the job split, with majority packed on one day, with the fridge and mattress packed just before I left, so I could clean the house, as I was moving interstate. Bill was able to do this for me, with no extra costs. Everything arrived in perfect condition, including my motorbike, which was the first one he had packed.

Moondy Removals made moving house so much less stressful. They were professional, punctual and extremely well priced.They came out and provided a free quote and took extremely good care of my furniture and belongings on moving day. They even took down and reassembled my bed.I highly recommend using them for furniture removal and would definitely use them again.

I called Bill on short notice the day before for a small removal job sight unseen! He quoted a great price, and picked up and delivered and got me out of a stressful situation! I was very happy and would definitely recommend Moondy Removals anytime! Thank you heaps again Bill!

My first time using removalists and I was ready to pay an arm and a leg but Moondy Removals were not only the cheapest and best value for money but also provided great customer service, were on time and were also quick and efficient, definitely recommend and will definitely be a returning customer ☺️

Cancelled on me the exact time they were meant to arrive and didn't call me to help arrange a plan B. Not ideal. Edit: if you have time to respond to comments on here, you have time to answer my call/ text and try to sort a solution or at the very least suggest someone else.

Do not use Moondy Removals Logan City - They charge you a call out fee after advertising no call out fee. They show up at your door 30 mins late and then state they can't do the move due to the rain. I asked the owner why he didn't call me up in the first place to reschedule it and he said that he thought it would clear up already, when clearly it's been raining heavy for a good 2 hours. As a removalist company with over 20 years experience, shouldn't you know that you can't do a job whilst raining and rebook it with your customers. The removalist driver then states that there is a call out fee of $70 and because I was uncertain and had thought I had read the ad wrong I paid them (idiotic move on my part). I then checked his advertisement again and it states no call out fee. I called the removal guy on his mobile asking for a refund of the $70 and to cancel his services that was rebooked for Sunday, he then refuses and starts swearing and hangs up. I tried to call him 3 times already and he keeps hanging up. I got my ex partner to call and he abuses her and screams at her. I tried to call again and he does the same thing to me. Now I have to get fair trading involved to get my money back. I know $70 isn't much, but this guy is beyond pathetic and a psycho.

So I booked my move with Moondy. A day before the move they texted me saying their eftpos was down, asking for cash or cheque instead. So I chose cash.I had $355 in cash on me and he wanted $455 for a two hour job, which I obviously thought was high.So I asked for his bank account details. The move was on Saturday and I transferred that night, but my bank (ME Bank) doesn't do transfers over the weekend. Sunday morning came and he tried to call me about fifteen times while I was sleeping. Then he sent me a text saying that he would 'be paying you a visit' if the funds weren't in the account that day.One other thing that surprised me about me was that this removalist doesn't use GPS navigation. He asked to follow me, which was OK, but what if he lost sight of me? I this is most strange indeed!I note his reply is full of spelling mistakes. When coupled with character assassinations, this makes for a very unprofessional look.So as much as I would like to, I definitely cannot recommend this removalist.
