Took delivery of a new RAV4 two months ago and it came with the wrong floor mats. I had specifically notified the pre-delivery staff of which type of mats we wanted well in advance.On the day of picking up the car the staff were efficient and friendly. They apologised for the wrong mats and promised to send us the correct ones. Nothing has came through.We were happy with the service and product overall (despite difficulty in communicating with the staff via email, they rarely replied), but it was disappointing that the promise was not kept.

Guys here work hard to come to the party. Always excellent service and help, prices are as good if not better then after market on most parts. Sales team also puts in the hard work to help you out. Can't wait for the new Prado.

Three stars to the service people, would have been a definite 5 but toyota lost 2 due to cranky ole Karen aka Amanda from behind the service desk area who really needs to learn about customer etiquette and how to communicate without barking at people who really just want to drop off the loan car and pick up their own... lady take a deep breath and calm the hell down!!!
