My partner ordered a steak medium and received a very well done steak it was like jerky he said.the service was average the tables were so close together that we felt uncomfortable. We did get a refund for my partners meal but was overall a bad experience and will not be coming here for date night again.

Had nephew’s 21st there a few weeks ago. And 10/10 must be given to the Manager and staff as she was new and booking wasn’t recognised by previous manager, but calmly with 2 days notice everything we had asked for was done and on arrival it was perfect.The evening was perfect and good was everything we were promised.The room was excellent and accommodating to all we asked.I can’t remember the lady’s name so I’m sorry but the man working with her behind the bar “Jason” was great and several guests commented on his service and fun attitude towards the party, the lady was amazing too.Thank you white horse for making our night so great and highly recommend to anyone .A+++

It's time to get back to the Whitehorse Inn!We hadn't been for several years, but today I was lucky enough to win a free meal on their recently introduced Thursday Steak Night on Facebook.I had a 250gm Rump cooked medium.I find rump can be hit or miss, but mine was tender & really tasty.Served with chips & a simple but good side salad, & a separate pepper sauce (choice of several) it was a very satisfying meal.The service was very friendly & efficient. The tables were well spread for those worried about Covid.For $18, you'll now find me there regularly on a Thursday night.

When we got to the room it was covered in bugs that place was not pleasant. It smelt weird and didn’t even have a toaster. The smoke alarm was old and didn’t work properly. There wasn’t enough towels for the amount of beds and there wasn’t hardly any food. There wasn’t a phone to call the front desk from our room, and the staff were very rude. One even yells at my 15 year old sister for talking. they didn’t do anything about the guy next door that had his tv on till 3am.Would not recommend they need to learn how to be hygienic before letting people stay.

We had my Sons birthday dinner there last night, out of 20 ppl 5 didn't receive there meals, very poor service and poor customer service. We were told when asked it was going to take a further 10 mins, 20 mins after that we asked for a refund, got a refund with a reply your food is ready, you should of given our food plus a refund. Was there over 1, 1/2 hours ...We didn't even want to do his birthday cake after the poor service we received.My steak was over cooked also, asked for medium the steak came out well done.

Celebrated a birthday there. Nice roomy dining area. Reasonably priced food.i had haloumi sticks for starters then a chicken parmi. Both were well presented served nice and hot. Generous serving of both .I couldn't finish it.Doggy bag was no problem. Good friendly staff.Will be going again.

I visit a lot of venues. But rarely do I get service(don't more to the point) that you actually have to break up a conversation about their weekends in order to get a drink.My average wait time was approximately 6-11 minutes. Neither of the barmaids was interested in engaging with me or any other customer, for that matter.I'm really disappointed because there was a fantastic manager whose name was Daniel. He needs to be back before this venue turns to a grubby crack Den again.I'll share a pic of how lazy the Barmaids were last night.

Service was fantastic. The waitresses were down to earth and had a laugh with us. The schnitzel I had was fantastic and the garlic sauce was great too

That cheesy garlic bread is to die for ☺️ best I've had in ages. The 2 ladies were friendly and the warm salad was YUM.
