Wow! Their prices have skyrocketed. I wanted some 30mm corner moulding. Their price not long ago was $23; it's now $53. I couldn't believe it. Ended up buying it at Mitre10 for $17.10 (same length). That's crazy.

Rudest customer service, tried to check to ensure the right fitting was fitted to gas bottle for my bbq and the big guy with curly hair at the front door insisted I pay for and buy the bottle before checking. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning. Regular customer for years, that has never had an issue at bunnings, this has soured the experience entirely. Customer service appalling, educate your staff.

Pathetic customer service, brought a push mower less than 2 years ago which started playing up and leaking oil out of the air filter. Went in to claim warranty on it and took them 6 weeks (made multiple phone calls in that time with nobody every getting back to me) to only say we can’t claim it under warranty as it was “not maintained correctly and oil lever wasn’t filled correctly”. Biggest load of bs as I followed the instructions as directed and what the Bunnings staff member told me. Will not be buying again and customer service is not there anymore.

I was able to exchange a product from another store with ease at Wangaratta so that made my little repair very easy. The staff at the service desk were very switched on.

No comment did have what I needed so they don't have everything I was after a coop plane for wood work sorry the nloke said don't have it. An a downer no more meter 10 here in Wangaratta so sad.

Best thing to come to Wangaratta in a long time always busy same as any other bunnings anywhere no doubt, although ours is not the full range store which is a bit of a bummer, which hopefully will happen at some point I'm sure there is the demand here.
