Colin Hewett Real Estate
Never did inspections, claimed it was because of Covid even in late 22. Significant storm damage and won't provide anything in writing for insurance because they never reported that or the breakins to me. The tenant has shared screen shots and now when I follow up they don't reply. Next step is reporting what happened to the NSW real estate institute and filing with my lawyer. Atrocious service.
