Fabulous little breakfast spot! Loved the eggs Benedict- the herb hollandaise sauce was really tasty and the beetroot dip was a great addition. Service was wonderful and friendly. Definitely would come again, especially since it’s a short drive to the beach and wasn’t overly crowded

Omg this place is the bom. Great service very friendly. We was there on a busy day and the food was delivered very quickly and OMG best breakfast I have ever had in my life. My wife celebrates her birthday on the day we was there and it most certainly will be a breakfast we remember for a very very long time.Great work guys keep up the great work times my 5 stars by 2

Our first time visiting Annie Lane & absolutely we loved it. Food & coffee was amazing, what a fabulous, busy, good feeling space. It’s always a good advertisement when the tables are full & there’s a line up out the door.

Food is delicious and the coffee is always phenomenal. Along with the water just across the road. have been a few times and will continue to return.

Annie Lane was a pleasure to eat at. The food tasted amazingly & it is presented with such care. They had great options, including vegan & gluten free options. Sweet & savoury breakfast / brunch varieties to suit all! Highly recommend!
