Room wasn't clean. Very old and run down. Our shower was disgusting definitely wouldn't stay again. Might be cheap but definitely not comfortable

Rooms are clean and well presented but not fancy.The location is further from the CBD than I expected.Swimming pool is great for swimming with smaller children as it's not overly deep so an average height adult can always touch the bottom

We have well over a months notice to say we were unable to come anymore due to the person we were going to visit passing away and the motor in still took all of our money and wouldn’t cancel our reservation will never be booking with them again disgusting no compassion at all. I would understand if it was the week or day prior but this was over a month.

I stayed there a few times before some of the rooms got renovated .Found out from a booking website, that some of the rooms have been renovated .What a change when I booked / stayed in one of them. Top location for me...Internet no problem. Would stay there again.

Our room not serviced during the 4 day stay. The fridge not clean and freezer in need of a defrost. The bedside table was not clean so we used bath mat to remove dust. As in an upstairs room the light in staircase not working is unsafe.
